Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made to the original source of payment and will be credited within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

   Return Policy

• If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person (without opening). Also, please email us at vassundhara.info@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-8233332272, mentioning your Order ID
• We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement of same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you with no additional cost
• Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
• For domestic customers the return should happen within 7 working days after mailing us
• Currently, we do not have return policy for international customers

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons

• Dupattas and Stoles are non-returnable

• Majority of our products are handcrafted and hand made. Slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour are a part and parcel of handcrafted products and lend character to them. Please also understand that, unlike chemical dyed and digitally printed products, handcrafted products are not mass manufactured but made in batches. Thus, slight variation in colour, shade, the motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process. However, if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund.
