Placing Order
We provide users with access to clothing and accessories on our
Website that can be purchased at the price mentioned on the website. For all
purpose prices indicated on the website for all products displayed are MRP
(Inclusive of all taxes). You cannot use
our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
By placing an order with us, You are (1.) offering to purchase a
product, (2.) representing that You are of legal age to form a binding
contract, and (3.) representing that all information You provide to us in
connection with such order is true and accurate and You are an authorized user
of the payment method provided. The receipt by You of an order does not

right to refuse any order request made by You.
We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation of Order by You
You can cancel Your order anytime before its Shipped i.e. with-in
48 hours of placing the order. You can
not cancel the order once it is already shipped.

orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel/limit. We reserve the
right, at our sole discretion, at any time to limit, refuse or cancel any order
or any portion thereof for any reason without giving prior notice to the
customer. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include
limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, typographical
or other errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by
our payment gateway provider regardless of whether the order has been processed.
We will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if
additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is
cancelled after You have made the payment, the said amount will be reversed
back in Your Account fully.
Vassundhara Crafts reserves the right to BLOCK/BLACKLIST any
customer for any reason without notice/intimation and will not accept/process
order of these customers (VASSUNDHARA CRAFTS PVT LTD will refund if there
is/are any pre-paid orders placed by these customers without any notice/intimation).
Rationale can include but not limited to, a customer returning the products
frequently, a customer returning the products after use, a customer not
accepting COD orders, customers raising a Transaction Dispute without sharing
the concern with VASSUNDHARA CRAFTS PVT LTD etc. leading to or capable of
leading to a monetary/reputation loss to VASSUNDHARA CRAFTS PVT LTD. We reserve
the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be
placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone for any reason at any time.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may
attempt to notify You by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone
number provided at the time the order was made.
You Agree and Confirm
That the address at which
delivery of the product ordered by You is to be made will be correct and proper
in all respects. That before placing an order You will check the product
description carefully. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account
of a mistake by You (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information)
any extra cost incurred by Vassundhara Crafts for redelivery shall be
claimed from You.
That You will use the services

and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all
applicable laws and regulations while using the website and transacting on the

That You are accessing the

Further, all descriptions of products or product pricing are
subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to
discontinue any product at any time. You agree that it is Your responsibility

described, Your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing Information
Except where noted otherwise, the
Listed Price displayed for products on our website, represents the full price
of the product including taxes and Domestic shipping charges, unless specified
otherwise in the Shipping Fees. International shipping will always be charged
extra.
With respect to items sold on
vassundhara.com, we charge You before Your order has entered the shipping
process. For any reason if we are not able to ship You products as per Your
order, we will intimate You electronically and refund the value of the products
not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be
refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small
number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a
mispricing, we will do one of the following. If an item's correct price is
lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship You the
item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at

Payment
You, as a Buyer, understand that upon

While availing any of the payment

Before shipping / delivering your order to You, VASSUNDHARA CRAFTS PVT LTD may
request You to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt.
issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment
instrument used by You for Your purchase. This is done in the interest of
providing a safe online shopping environment to Our Users.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in
respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline
of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having
exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from
time to time.

Refund Policy
• Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the
Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
• For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using
NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system
approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
• Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to
Vassundhara Crafts Pvt Ltd in case of any misuse by Buyer.
• Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.
Profanity Policy
Vassundhara Crafts Pvt Ltd prohibits the use of language that is racist,
hateful, sexual or obscene in nature. This policy extends to text within listings,
on all other areas of the website.
Please report any violations of this policy to the correct area for
review. Disciplinary action may result
in the indefinite suspension of a User's account, temporary suspension, or a
formal warning.
Email Abuse & Threat Policy
Spoof (Fake) email – Vassundhara Crafts Pvt Ltd will never ask You to provide
sensitive information through email. In case You receive any spoof (fake)
email, You are requested to report the same to Us through 'Contact Us' tab.
Shipping
Processing the order normally
takes 1-3 working days and then
Shipping normally takes 4-6 working
days. If there is an item which You purchase and then we realize this item is
not available, we will promptly inform You within 3 working days of Your purchase and fully refund
Your money for the out-of-stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if You would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
International Shipping
International shipping charges will always be extra and will vary
depending on the country the order is shipped to. Due to the nature of
international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional
import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches Your country.
In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, You will be
responsible for paying these additional fees. Vassundhara Crafts Pvt Ltd takes
no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are
not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not
provide any refunds in such cases.
Product Properties and Wash Care
Most of Vassundhara Crafts Pvt Ltd
products are handcrafted using the natural/blended fibres. The subtle
variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic characteristic of
hand-made products. The products involve crafts-based traditions of hand
spinning, dying, weaving, wooden block printing and embroidery. An irregular
weave or print is not a defect.
Please always wash like colours
together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.

be held liable for failure to fulfil one/all of its commitments to the
Customer, if this failure is due to a case of force majeure such as war, strike
(in-house or at one of its service providers), lock-out, accident, fire, ice,
flood, bad weather, pandemic/epidemic, interruption or suspension of means of
communication and/or transport, blockade, blockage of exports, prohibited
import or export, cessation of production or delivery, regulatory decision of
an administrative supervisory body, etc.

the website and the Service. This license does not include any downloading or

be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in
accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended time to
time. The arbitration shall be held in Chandigarh and the Laws of India shall
apply.
